Room backend foundation
- Regional room backends are prepared for America, Europe, Asia and Oceania.
- Africa was removed from the server selector for now.
- The room schema is ready for room creation, members, text chat, reports and voice signaling.
- The Create button now creates real rooms through the backend.
- Creating or entering a room now leaves the title screen and opens the room screen.
- The room screen has its own music, player seat, food menu, chat box and camera button.
- The room scene is framed like the cozy reference and the player sits beside the table.
- Room links now show only the room ID.
- Sakura and the custom mouse now carry into the room screen.
- The room stage now scales as one piece so the image, cat and chair stay proportional.
- Room text now shrinks accented letters to match the rest of the font.
- The camera layer now hides the human video and drives a 2D cat avatar with face landmarks.
- The 2D cat avatar can react with head tilt, mouth movement, blinking and brows.
- Cat face camera now uses the selected cat face image without fake blink or mouth layers.
- Room music now uses the room screen music folder only.
- Room music files were renamed to theme1, theme2 and so on.
- The cat avatar now uses MediaPipe Face Landmarker and PNGtube sprites for blink and mouth states.
- The cat-faces folders now store ordered sprite states per skin instead of a VTube connector.
- Room connection messages are now short and cozy instead of technical.
- The room background now fills the whole screen again.
- The room cat and chair were enlarged and lowered together.
- The chair was nudged left while the cat keeps its own alignment.
- The seated cat was enlarged without changing the chair size.
- The seated cat now sits lower and has a soft breathing animation.
- Rooms now allow two players only.
- Guest room joins are now safer when no account is signed in.
- New rooms now default to two seats so invited cats can join.
- Full rooms now show a clear full-room message instead of a generic backend error.
- The room screen now has two opposite cat seats.
- Player names now stay above each cat.
- New chat messages now appear as speech bubbles.
- Room validation now checks layout without creating screenshots.
- The selected server and language are carried into the room, but chat messages are not translated.
- Face tracking support was prepared for a future cat-face camera layer.
UI polish
- Create and Enter popup titles are shorter to avoid overflow.
- Popup positions, sizes and responsive spacing were tuned for desktop and mobile landscape.
- The close cat image no longer blocks the close button hitbox.
- Update subtitles now start closed when the popup opens.
Profile and account
- The profile cat photo now follows the equipped cat skin.
- Google account details moved into the expandable More section.
- Store and Inventory stay visible first for quicker access.
Language and text
- Japanese glyphs use the Yomogi font while latin letters keep the game font.
- Portuguese is now split into PT-BR and PT-PT.
- Changing server or capacity no longer retriggers the full language refresh.
- The room ID placeholder is shorter so the ghost text does not get cut.
Audio and responsiveness
- Background music now keeps rotating through tracks.
- Button click volume was softened.
- DevTools and emulator viewport sync was improved for responsive testing.
- Popup scrollbars now fade in while scrolling and use the title heart pink.
- Touch devices without a detected mouse keep Game mouse disabled until you confirm a mouse is connected.
Translation stability
- Translation requests now avoid repeatedly using unavailable routes.
- Completed translations can be reused after service restarts.
- PT-BR and PT-PT have local fallbacks when online translation is unavailable.
- A loading overlay now appears while a language is being translated.
- Stuck language loads now stop after one minute and show an error message.
